Décor rivals any bar you have ever visited complete with over 50 bar signs, flags, neon signs, led signs, crown led lighting, stop light, etc. Hosts collect beer and have over 650 different craft beers displayed above the dance floor looking up at the full DJ station. Dance floor has a full DJ lighting setup and even an exercise pole (some call it a stripper pole). Large 50” 4k flat screen TV overlooks the dance floor and perfectly visible from the large leather sofa adjacent to the pool table. The Bar is a professional full bar with 4 taps and a large true bar cooler stocked with beer and spirits (note by law we cannot furnish or sale alcohol but you are welcome to BYOB and utilize the bar responsibly). Upper deck sits 8 at the main table and 2 at the bartop/bar window. A 16’ tall spiral staircase takes you down to the 2nd floor just outside the screen porch and allows easy access down to the pool. From the dance floor, you can take the spiral staircase up to the 3rd floor, to the DJ booth. The DJ booth contains a nice private lounging area. 3rd Floor The Spa is on the third floor and contains a massage table, pedicure chair, barber chair, inversion table, full bathroom, a flat screen TV, and a good selection of massage, yoga, tantra, etc, DVDs. My home has two master suites (one is owner occupied when not booked), a screened in porch, beautiful deck and fully fenced yard. All areas of the house are available to you except the master suite downstairs. My home is extremely clean and only want guests that can appreciate this. My home backs up to a green way and the neighborhood has walking trails, playgrounds and pool. Dogs are welcome with a $75 non-refundable pet fee. No cats please. There is a $20 per adult fee per night for each adult over 4. The system may calculate people and not adults but I can make an adjustment if needed. I have a RING doorbell and RING flood light cam on the outside of the house. I have a NEST camera in the garage, my bedroom (which is off limits) and the steps that lead to the desk in the back yard. My home has a security system and I will disarm before you arrive and after check out. Key is in the lockbox and the code will be given on the morning of arrival. Guests have to read the HOA bylaws and agree to adhering to them at all times during your stay.

We ARE handicap Acessible including Bathroom :-) Private detached addition we originally had built and used as an in-law unit. We Recently Renovated the interior and look forward to welcoming travelers. We have tried our best to set it up like a hotel suite with amenities. We are handicap Accessible, see below note. The house consists of 2 bedrooms (one queen and two twins), a spacious living room, very large bathroom with custom tile shower, and a small but full kitchen. There is also a large fenced private courtyard with a picnic table and more to come as we decorate the courtyard. Televisions in every room, with Over the Air channels only. We do have Wifi and will give password on arrival. We have a DVD player in the livingroom and another in one of the bedrooms. Note on Handicap access: This is a Ground Floor Unit and IS INDEED Handicap Accessible. The Interior doors are all 30 inch for wheelchairs, there are grab handles in the Hallway and the shower bath is Handicap equipped. The Shower has Grab Handles and a built in Bench for ease of use. Also the Walls were insulated to help soundproof (interesting story why) so it is again very quiet inside. Dogs are welcome, but please keep them leashed unless in the private courtyard and please don't leave them alone and unattended in the apartment during your visit. Our neighborhood is very unique. An older neighborhood with LARGE lots on a dead end street. At night you can't hear any traffic or noise and feel like you are out in the country. Yet we are literally 5 min from EVERYTHING. We live on a double dead end in a neighborhood with only ONE entrance, so there is no traffic or noise. Neighborhood is great for walking. You cannot see any of our neighbors. Total quiet privacy to unwind. We frequently see deer in the field across the street. There is a private Entrance and Private parking. Although we do live in the house next door you prob won't notice us much. Kitchen door (which goes out outside and then over to our house) is to be kept closed and locked at all times, and used only as a fire exit. Our dogs are outside that door and we prefer to keep them out of your hair ;-) Quiet, convenient to shopping centers and close proximity to all major cities (Wake Forest, Raleigh and Rolesville) 25- 30 min from airport 10 min from triangle Town center 15 min (ish depends on traffic) from downtown Raleigh 20 min from PNC arena (again, traffic ) Close to 540 and many other major highways within a few minutes. Location is ideal if you want peace and quiet yet still close to things

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The neighborhood is quiet. All of the neighbors are polite and friendly. There is a nice, scenic trail directly behind the house. The neighborhood has a nice pool and playground. Anything (gym, groceries, shopping, dining, touring, movies) that you could possibly want to do is ten minutes or less from the house.

The 2 upstairs bedrooms contain a queen size bed and 2 full size beds respectively. Guest house accommodates a maximum of 6 adults. Children are welcome. Anyway, the older one gets, the more attached we get to nature. There is a telescope where you can clearly look at the moons surface and a pair of binoculars to watch the birds. As the ebb and flow of life happens, the family has spread out again and have their own homes now. Instead of selling the home, I have decided to put it as a vacation rental so not just one family but more can enjoy this home. Villa Banika perfectly expresses a luxurious, yet casual lifestyle. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the home except for the downstairs office, large master closet, the storage room off bonus and the detached garage. The attached 4 car garage cannot be used as it's the entertainment room where the pool table and pingpong table, workout places are. Interaction with guests You will be shown around the house and given the key. My siblings who are managing this home will be accessible via phone if you need anything. The only time you will see them is when you are being welcomed into the home! :) Other things to note: The Owner Suite has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a twin trundle bed. The other two rooms beside the turret both have queen size beds. The Bonus room (bonus) has a queen pull out sofa which could sleep two, a chaise and another section of the sofa which could fit two more. We will provide 3 air mattresses which could be placed in this bonus room or in the turret or anywhere around the house it could fit, making the total # of occupants 15. Note that there is no bedroom on the first floor. There is an office which will be locked. There is a gym area in garage by the pool table which has an elliptical machine, a weight machine, an ab toner stand and a cycling machine. We also have a ping pong table and poker game. The air filters are always brand new for each new guests. Two Enerzen Commercial Ozone Generator are run for 3 hours on both floors to purify, deodorize and sterilize the property. We also make sure all high touch areas are sanitized before leaving the home. The homes kitchen appliances were just recently upgraded (Dec 2020) with brand new 48" SubZero fridge, Wolf stove, microwave and oven and a Cove dishwasher. These are top of the line appliances. The property is also now gated with a custom designed wrought iron fence. Right now, it is manually operated. Please close it before going to bed at night for extra security. There are now 6 organic raised plant beds in the property which may have veggies (mustard greens, collard greens, kale etc), herbs (oregano, thyme, basil, lemongrass) and tomatoes in there. Please feel free to have some. We also have a compost bin to put organic waste in. Our water source is from a 200 ft deep well which has been tested for lead, nitrate and nitrate. The homes was also tested for radon gas. All results showed no problems. Our grass is a combo of wild grass and Bermuda. We don’t apply any chemical fertilizer on the grass. And usually around dusk and dawn several deer can be seen on the far end of the property grazing. The Owners do reside on the property in a private apartment above the garage. Cannot be heard from the rental home and you will not disturb them.
